Jun 21, 2019One of the best hotels I've visited. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, especially Mohamed Barakat, Hossam, and the hotel's communications manager, Roma. I can't forget Mr. Mohamed Yahya. Everyone at the hotel is excellent at dealing with guests. The hotel is divided into two sections: the beach section and the palm section, which is excellent for families. It has activities for children and swimming pools dedicated to them.
