If you're looking for an Italian restaurant in Sharm, this is THE restaurant. We stumbled upon it by chance while strolling through the Old Market and returned the next evening because we had, to say the least, a wonderful time! The ingredients are all fresh and of excellent quality! The dishes are expertly prepared, with pasta, meat, and fish cooked to perfection! The service was impeccable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and professional. The atmosphere was lovely and well-kept. The prices were more than fair. A very pleasant surprise. I visited this restaurant yesterday with my family and can say without hesitation that it was a wonderful experience in every way. As soon as I entered, I was greeted with a smile and a kindness that is not at all a given these days. The atmosphere is meticulously crafted and makes you feel immediately at home. The dishes were simply exceptional: the freshest ingredients, impeccable presentation, and authentic flavors that are evident at first bite. Each course was a perfect balance between tradition and creativity. You can clearly taste the passion and quality of the work behind each dish. Special praise goes to the owner, an extraordinary person, professional, attentive, and truly passionate about his work. It's rare to meet someone who puts so much heart into what he does. He stopped to talk with us, making sure everything was perfect, making us feel like guests and not just customers. This attention truly makes the difference. Impeccable service, perfect timing, and an absolutely fair quality-price ratio. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch gastronomic experience. Verde Basilico: a slice of true Italy in Sharm el-Sheikh! If you're in Sharm el-Sheikh and crave the authentic flavors of home, I recommend this restaurant. After days of local cuisine, this dinner truly lifted our spirits. The flavorful journey began with bread and olive oil: finally, after several days, we ate something truly Italian! The dishes: • The seafood salad was exquisite: fresh octopus, cooked to perfection, with cherry tomatoes and potatoes that tasted like home. • The seafood scialatielli were the real surprise of the evening: dishes this good are hard to find even in Italy! • We continued with a delicious fried dish, light and crispy, and then finished with a perfectly made panna cotta and tiramisu. The service: The staff is very friendly and well-trained, and the service is extremely attentive. The owner's passion and determination are clearly evident: it's admirable to see how he goes about his business. The prices are very affordable and the food is high quality. Without taking anything away from Asian cuisine, encountering Italian flavors abroad is always a great pleasure. My compliments once again to the entire staff and I hope their hard work is rewarded.
