Al Dente restaurant (Novotel)

Incredible experience! The T-bone steak and the rib eye were juicy and made to perfection 👌🏻 If you're a meat lover, this is the place to be in Sharm El Sheikh❤️. I like the fact that they used fresh rosemary like it was for me in Tuscany. Thanks to the hotel manager, Mr. M. Elemary, for the recommendation and to Sofyan and the staff for the great service.

Italian food from an Italian chef. Novotel is a modern oasis in Naama Bay, Sharm el Sheikh. Al Dente restaurant is right on the beach next to the bar and winter garden lounge.

We'd like to sincerely thank Chef Andrea and his entire staff for the wonderful experience. We ate wonderfully: carefully prepared dishes, authentic flavors, and attention to detail evident. We were initially a little skeptical, but we were pleasantly surprised. Every course won us over, bringing us back to the authentic flavors of home. We left the table feeling satisfied and happy. Lovely restaurant facing the beach serving authentic Italian food, the pasta was amazing and the pizza as well. Chef Andrea is the best!!
