Chicken 2 Go

Terrible behavior from an employee named Mohammed Essam, and a complete lack of courtesy.

I have seen the bad reviews for this place and I really don’t think it deserves it. For a chicken shop on the side of the road, this place is actually really good. The food is brilliant quality and not once did we feel like it was ill-prepared or undercooked. The portion sizes are huge and the prices are really minimal. We had two large chicken strip meals each (which include 5 strips, fries, a bread roll & rice) and a large burger on the side and paid about £9. It takes about 20 minutes to come out which is reasonable. The service there is great and the men are very friendly and bring the food over and make sure you have everything you need. There are kids running about on the path next to you and there is stray animals but you are on the side on the road in Egypt, so your expectations have to be lowered accordingly. It didn’t really mind us much because they shoo off the animals if they are bothering you. Overall, fresh food and great value for money so we can’t complain. We went back a couple times because it was that good.

Food is very nice, but my problem is the wait time, it takes a very long time to get your food and for delivery it takes at least 40 minutes even with the most simple order. Staff will ignore you, and speed is bad.

This place is the epitome of rudeness and barbarity. Seriously, I had to wait for my order all that time, standing there listening to the awful, disgusting music. It doesn't even deserve one star.

The order arrived 45 minutes later.
