I would like to express my sincere appreciation and admiration for Head Chef Saad Alsharif at DoubleTree by Hilton. He is a true professional and a person with a big heart. Every dish is a masterpiece — beautifully presented, perfectly balanced in flavor, and crafted with exceptional attention to detail. You can truly feel not only his high level of expertise but also his genuine passion for his work. We are staying here for the second time, and once again everything has exceeded our expectations. Thanks to Chef Saad Alsharif, dining at the hotel has become one of the most memorable highlights of our vacation. I would especially like to highlight his attentiveness to guests — the Chef personally checks on their experience, takes preferences into account, and creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Bravo, Chef! We truly enjoy spending our holidays here, and we will definitely come back many more times!

This restaurant is impressively bad. Every protein somehow manages to be both overcooked and cold. You see someone standing at a grill or carving station and think maybe you will have better luck there. Wrong. They are just pulling already overcooked, already cold meat from a tray and slapping it onto your plate. The sides are no better. Some are cold, some lukewarm, some inexplicably greasy, others dried out like the meat. It is a complete joke. To add insult to injury, it is the only dining option available on your day of arrival since the other restaurants require reservations made the day before. An awful experience at what is otherwise a beautiful property. What a pity.

Abdelaziz Ali is very good and kind. Excellent service, they are very friendly. I felt right at home.

I have been here a few times and every time I go back the hotel gets better and better . It a great place for a solo traveller. You get the peace , the quiet and all the sunshine you need . A beautiful resort where I am well looked after by the staff . A massive thank you to Abdelaziz Ali in the restaurant, he has my drinks on the table before I even enter the restaurant and is always ready to help with any requests I may have , he always greets you with a smile . The two life guards - Ahmed and Hisham who are extremely welcoming and helpful and go out their way to make you feel welcome . All of these three members of staff have gone above and beyond and are an absolute merit to the Hilton at Sharks Bay . I would highly recommend.
