I tried Koshary for the first time in my life at your place and I loved it. I’m vegetarian and this dish is so simple and so tasty that I couldn’t stop eating it. “This isn’t even the best Koshary you can find, there are “better ones” out there”. Well, I tried some in Cairo, then came back to Sharm and said that yours was the best. Simple, fast, delicious and cheap. 10/10.
