Mahfouz Restaurant

The food is delicious, and the service was great. I spent Valentine's Day with my friends at the restaurant, and they had many themed foods, which was a lot of fun. Mai Saleh and Ahmed Mahmoud were great servers, and they spoke English well.

I would like to leave a sincere review about the Bistro restaurant at Hilton (first line). The cuisine under the leadership of Chef Saad Alsharif is truly outstanding. You can clearly feel how well-organized the team is — everyone works professionally, harmoniously, and with genuine passion. We have been staying here for 9 days already, and every single day the food is consistently delicious, high quality, and beautifully presented. It’s obvious this is a real team giving 100%, and thanks to that guests truly enjoy both the food and the overall experience. What I especially appreciate is the attention to detail — service, presentation, atmosphere, and the warm attitude toward guests. My sincere thanks to Chef Saad Alsharif, the entire kitchen staff, and the restaurant team for your effort, dedication, and excellent service. You create a wonderful atmosphere and make the stay even more enjoyable.

Excellent service with attentive and helpful staff smaller than the newer El Mattam but a lot more organised.
