The Beach Luxury Club

I won't deny it... I wrote a somewhat harsh review earlier 🤪 and I never expected to be contacted by the owners of the Luxury Beach Club with an invitation to spend a day at the beach at their property. And yet, it happened. They wanted to host us not to "fix things," but with the sincere intention of understanding what had gone wrong that evening. For them, guests deserve respect and consideration, and they truly do their best to continually improve and offer an ever-improving service. It was a very pleasant conversation with the manager Martina, who very kindly apologized for the poor service we had experienced. She was keen to emphasize that the day we had spent—which was impeccable in every way—wasn't meant to be a consolation prize, but rather represented the true essence of the place, which cannot and should not be penalized by the superficial attitude of a few. And I must say, I was truly pleased. Honestly⁉️⁉️I deleted the previous review even though it lives on in their memory more than anything else 😅 However, I greatly appreciated their apology and, above all, I sensed from our conversation how sincerely sorry they were for what happened. Today was exactly as it should be: hospitality, attention, professionalism, and a wonderful atmosphere. That's why I can tell you today that, if you want to spend a fantastic day at the beach with top-notch service at the Luxury Beach Club, you have to go to the Domina area: enchanting beach and impeccable service. Because only those who don't work make no mistakes. The difference is made by those who know how to challenge themselves, listen to the customer's point of view, and work to always give their best. A wonderful surprise, excellent food and service, the highlight was reached last night at the Friday evening dinner event, an exceptional show with superb dancers!!! All under the excellent management of Martina, a true top dining room director!!!

Everything was delicious, everything was wonderful. The chefs and bartender worked hard. The vacation was magnificent.

The food was very good. Kiro's service was excellent. The music was also pleasant. I highly recommend it.
